This app wins my approval. Used over and over! Perfect for the 2 to 3 age for sure. I have seen my grandson learn to touch the right parts of screen to interact... Then we say bye... bye.. Go to work... then he loads the next... I can see the motor skill development.. Would like to see random generation improved and aircraft and marine version or mixed. Koodos to software team!!!

Took less than 5 minutes to be boring. This would work for a 2 year old that has never had screen time. All it is: The voice introduces the vehicle. Tap a part of the vehicle, the voice tells you what it is. Absolutely not worth paying for.

Second son growing up with this app. We still love it!!

I cant believe all there is to this game is to cycle through the dozen or so trucks to learn there characteristics!! I thought this was supposed to be interactive PLAY. What a disappointment!

Upgraded so that my 4 year old would have all vehicles, after 5 minutes he is bored already. Wish there was more to it.

Im particularly disappointed that there theres an iPad version that looks no different, same cars, yet I have to pay for it again!? That seems like a weasel move to me, putting iPad in the name to get paid twice. As a developer and someone who has tons of apps that work great on iPad/iPhone without buying them twice - I am disappointed. Other than that its a neat idea, but Id like to see more cars and more interactivity, as I dont picture this keeping my sons interest too long without more cars to play with. Fix these issues and Id give five stars.

Basically, you click parts of the vehicle to open doors, turn on headlights, etc. Good sound. Looking forward to the garbage truck. Suggestion to designers- dragging the beverage truck doors to open or close. She tries to drag it closed/open, which doesnt work. Then she keeps clicking, which starts to open, but then closes it.

Not worth spending .99 on at all! The graphics are ok, but the interaction is very minimal. My 2 year old liked the trucks but quickly became bored since their was little more to do but turn on the headlights and make them drive away. Would not recommend.

I think that it is a great game, though it could use some more vehicles like a police car. Also, I believe that for $0.99 it could use some more features. I give it a 3 star.

Good app but needs more! Like garbage truck,police car, semi truck,tanker truck, over sized load truck,a truck that carries live stock, a low rider truck and any truck/car you can think of also you should be able to honk the horn

My two year old lives to make the fire truck siren go off and on. So while out and about, he will yell out "fire truck" if he sees one go by. Great learning tool.

Not all the doors open. Also, swiping diagonally along the road does not advance the vehicles. You must swipe horizontally - which is counter-intuitive. App is boring after 3 minutes. *UPDATE* My original review was for three stars, but that was before I introduced this app to my son, now 18 months old. Whereas I was bored after a few minutes, he has been fascinated by it for weeks now. He is currently going through a "car phase" and City Vehicles has become his go-to app. It makes sense, as this is like a way to play with virtual, miniature die cast cars. I still think there is room for improvement - hence the 4 stars.

My boys love this app and the updates they continue to make just keep making it better. Definitely recommended for anyone with little boys who love trucks.

My 2 year old boy loves this app more than anything but I updated to iOS 6 and now it wont work please fix this issue!!!
